What the Session Covers

The session follows the proven methods from the book and online videos:

We show you what causes injuries and slow running and how to:

  • transition to efficient running technique.
  • avoid most common running injuries.
  • improve speed with less effort.

and we’ll answer all your running questions.

Keith broke 5 world records in the 55+ age group in 2011 in the space of 9 months, ten years before super spikes, and is the oldest person to run 10km in under 32 minutes. Keith’s list of State, Australian and World records are here.

Heidi also has a great running pedigree and is a podiatrist who enjoys fixing runners’ injuries holistically. Heidi’s website is here: feetonthemove.com

There is over 80 years of running and racing experience between us. You can read more here.

Important Note

Changing running technique uses new muscles and tendons, so expect some temporary soreness. We conduct the sessions barefoot in order to remove the influence of the many different types of shoe, and to be able to feel and adjust technique.

If you have a race coming up soon, we recommend observing the session — you’re still welcome to participate in the Q &A session at the end.
